We specialize in providing on & off-site repair & troubleshooting services for Industrial and Marine Diesel Engines.Our diesel engine repair service include overhaul, maintenance,complete engine overhaul ,repairs for low and medium-speed marine and industrial diesel engines and turbochargers, Governor as well as spare parts supply.

There are six major steps that is followed in the diesel engine repair and overhauling process that are illustrated below:

I) Removal and Disassembly of the Engine: In this step, our panel of team disassemble the engine onsite by the portable tools and equipment.

II) Inspection of Diesel Engine and Spare Parts - After disassembly of engine, our engineers start with the inspection process. We use latest inspection instruments to check every spare part of the diesel engine i.e. connecting rods, bearings, crankshaft, cylinder head, etc.

III) Preparation and Submission of Inspection Reports: After inspection, our engineers prepare an elaborate report for every spare part of the engine that they have inspected. This inspection report is submitted to the client for further process.

IV) Calibration and overhaul of engine spare parts: After submission of reports and discussion with client, our engineers start with Calibration and overhauling of engine spare parts. They calibrate and repair diesel engines spares by the latest tools.

V) Assembly of the engine: After inspection and repair, now it's time to assemble the engine.

VI) Start of the engine: After assembly of the engine, our engineers and technicians helps the ship staff if they face any problem after starting of the diesel engine.

Ship Auxiliary and Main Engine Overhauling Services

RA Power Solutions Pvt. Ltd . have recently undertaken repair and overhaul of Wartsila 12V32 engine installed on one of the vessel owned by a Greek company. The engine having capacity of about 5000 horsepower installed as an auxiliary engine required a full overhaul and reconditioning after running of more than 36,000 hours. One of the crankpin having standard diameter of 270 mm met with an incident of bearing failure and it was decided to undertake the grinding.    RA Power Solutions Pvt. Ltd . deputed technicians with onsite portable crankshaft grinding machine . It was observed that crankpin developed excessive ovality.
